We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind or no longer wanting an item.
• Incorrect size, color or style selection.
• Ordering the incorrect item.
• Personal preference or an item not meeting individual styling expectations.
• Finding an item at a lower price elsewhere.

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on earrings or other jewelry, even if the item has not been worn.
